How far will you take this diving thing ? It's up to you. With PADI Specialty Diver Programs you can chart your course for a colourful collection of awesome dives. Sure, your PADI certification opens up the oceans and lakes to you, but the PADI Speciality Dives take the underwater adventure to depths that will stir your soul.
Achieving PADI Speciality ratings can take anywhere from as little as one day to a full weekend -but this is all hands-on, so you'll be diving right from the start. Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality Course
If you want to fine-tune your buoyancy and soar over reefs, extend bottom time by reducing air consumption and prolong the life of your dive equipment, the Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course is for you ! During your Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality course, you'll use PADI's Basic Weighting Guidelines to determine the correct amount of weight. Then you'll practice the fundamentals of peak performance buoyancy during two open water dives, including the buoyancy check, fine-tuning buoyancy underwater, weight positioning for trim, streamlining and visualization.
Enriched Air (Nitrox) can provide a number of benefits to divers depending on the type of diving they do. Enriched air adds another dimension to diving and allows for additional scope when diving. The PADI Enriched Air Diver Course is designed to teach you the procedures for safe, recreational no decompression diving using Enriched Air (air with an oxygen content from 22% to 40%).
The course covers the equipment and procedural concerns involving Enriched Air. You will learn how to plan Enriched Air dives, and determine your no decompression limit and your oxygen exposure limit while using enriched air.
