Before diving a briefing - The theory

Each dive has a chapter dedicated to it in the Advanced manual. In order to prepare for each dive, you will independently study the chapter in question plus complete the related exercises in the knowledge review section.

A Typical Schedule

Palawan Divers usually plans 3 dives per day. We meet at 8:00am and are back at around 3:30pm. The quality, safety and comfort of your course are very important to us, so you can expect the focused, undivided attention of our staff. We limit the number of divers to 10 per boat, with a maximum of 2 students per instructor.

For the PADI Advanced Open Water course the 5 Adventure dives will be split over the 2 days of the course and you will even get an extra fun dive at no additional charge. Our PADI Advanced Open Water course includes 6 dives instead of the usual 5!

Deep Dive and Navigation are compulsory dives. Since neutral buoyancy is one of the most important skills of a scuba diver, we also made Peak Performance Buoyancy mandatory.
