The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox Course: What is Enriched Air?

Enriched Air Nitrox is a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen used as a breathing gas in scuba diving. The name “Enriched Air” signifies that the mixture has a higher percentage of oxygen than normal. For the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course is special training and certification which prepares you for diving with Enriched air.

The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course: What you will learn:

• How to get more dive time by using Enriched Air Nitrox
• The Enriched Air scuba diving equipment
• How to manage oxygen exposure
• How to analyze Enriched Air oxygen
• The use of your Dive computer with Enriched Air,

During the practical part of the course your instructor will show you the use of the O2 analyzer. Then you will learn how to check the Enriched Air mix before diving, how to set up your diving computer. Your 2 first dives will be with Enriched Air tanks and 1 dive on normal air in the afternoon.

How to subscribe for the eLearning course? To receive access for the online course we ask for a 50% down payment through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, your eLearning access code will be sent to your email address which you can then download on your phone, tablet or laptop and start studying.

A TYPICAL SCHEDULE:

Palawan Divers usually plans 3 dives per day. We meet at 8:00am and are back at around 3:30pm. The quality, safety and comfort of your course are very important to us, so you can expect the focused, undivided attention of our staff. We limit the number of divers, with a maximum of 2 students per instructor.

The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox eLearning course Package

Our course package includes: full dive gear, eLearning, instructor’s fee, 2 Nitrox tanks, 1 normal air tank, a dive computer, boat travel, buffet lunch made from fresh local ingredients, fruits, hot and cold drinks.
The price does not include Eco Tourism Development fee that has to be paid in cash. This ticket costs Php400 and is valid for 5 days.
